Parenthood. Filled with love, warmth and happiness, but also worry, doubts and attempts to deal with the challenges of everyday life. In this course you will receive tips and advice on how you can use simple techniques to handle some of these challenges. Among other things, you will learn more about avoiding the no-trap, being consistent, the usefulness of point systems, dealing with sibling rivalry and placing reasonable expectations on yourself as a parent.

Liv Svirsky is a licensed psychologist and psychotherapist who is also a trained CBT supervisor. She has authored books on children, parenthood and anxiety problems.
Liv works in a privately held company where she meets children, youths, adults and couples who seek CBT for different problems.
