We all know that sustaining attention is not easy, but breaks can offer a simple solution. Time management first! Have you heard of the Pomodoro Technique? This method can be a helpful strategy to manage your time in regular breaks. It's all about timeboxing your work and cut it down to intervals (pomodori) with a duration of 25 minutes, followed by a 3-5 minute break. After the fourth pomodoro, take a 15-30 minute break (read more here). There are many online tools and Apps to help you - have a look.
