This course has been created by a trio including two licensed psychologists who do research on stress and work on a daily basis with people who suffer from stress and exhaustion. The third member of the trio is a science journalist who will soon be able to call himself a psychologist, too.
While there are a lot of tips and guides out there, this course is based on what actually works. You will learn that stress is a natural part of life and that we all need some help in accepting unavoidable stress. The course also contains practical tools to help you actually change what can be changed in order to live a more stress-free life.
In short, this course will teach you how to find what is important in life and which tools you should use in order to deal with stress. The course contains several practical exercises, so we recommend that you have a calendar or calendar app handy when you read the daily lessons.
