For the past two weeks you have learned a thing or two about goal setting. I have shown you the exact tools and approaches that I use when I am crushing my goals.

Do you remember the real recipe behind reaching your goal from lesson 6?

A short recap:

1. Find out what you want

2. Find out what activities you need to do in order to achieve it​

3. Have a strong passionate WHY (why do you want to reach your goal?)

4. Decide if you are willing to sacrifice and pay the price in order to reach your goal

5. When you decide that you want to pay the price, you will have to turn yourself into a machine and do ALL the necessary tasks, whether you feel like it or not

However, in order to achieve your goal you need the secret ingredient.

Self-discipline is the skill to do what is needed to be done whether you feel like it or not.

If you are willing to perform the required tasks no matter what happens in your life, there is a great chance that you will succeed in reaching your goal.

Kop Kopmeyer wrote about 1000 success principles in his 4 bestselling books, but he also wrote that if you don`t have self-discipline, none of the other success principles will work.
