We are now entering the second area that you can simplify, namely your health. Our first advice comes from Colleen Madsen and is a decluttering-strategy.

I think when it comes to health, the easiest way to improve is to give up the things that are just not good for you – smoking cigarettes, drinking alcohol, overeating and all those things. They’re not hard to give up. Like my approach to decluttering, you don’t have to go cold turkey. You can give them up slowly. Just decrease the things you are doing wrong a little at a time. That makes it a little more doable, I think. Giving up over several months has to be better than not giving up at all.

Your task
Start making a list of unhealthy choices that you wish you could decrease and eventually get rid of. Remember, you are not expected to go cold turkey. And focus on the things you do rather than on behavior you would like to do. Remember, it’s about decluttering, not adding.

Hope you find today's task challenging but inspiring!
