How are you feeling today? Have you reflected upon your blockages? Clearing obstacles and changing old habits can take time. Remember that your blockages have taken a lifetime for you to build up and it might take a while to clear them. But it might also be easier than you think.

Today, go and get a piece of paper, on this paper write:

- I want to!
- I am allowed!
- I am worthy of all good!

Hang it up on the bathroom mirror or the refrigerator, somewhere where you can look at it every day. Perhaps as screensavers in your cell. Read the words as often as you can. Know that it is true.
