I am far from an expert in CrossFit. If I would call me something it would be an enthusiasm with great Google and Youtube skills. I did my first CrossFit workout in 2013. Since then I have been trying, modifying and evaluating about a hundred workouts. This course is a chance for me to systemize what I've learned. The course will contain:

• Ten workouts
• A few tricks for warming up

• A short introduction to the equipment I like

Again, I am no expert. Most of the content in this course will come from various trainers I have worked with and from different Youtube channels, mainly CrossFit HQ (check it out ASAP). This is no course for beginners, most of the workouts will be tough but manageable, as long as you're able to do a few pull-ups and can lift a barbell with some weights on it.
