Issue 2 of My favorite CrossFit workouts
I used to hate warming up. To me it was a waste of time, something that didn't have anything to do with getting stronger. Stupid, I know. Today I know better and nowadays I spend roughly 10-15 minutes warming up before every workout. Describing a warm up session in an email is far too complicated, that is why you will find a link at the end of this email to a seven minutes long video with a great warm up. Here's a few quick tips for if you don't have seven minutes:
1. Buy a powerband (red rubber band) and use it for stretching
2. Start each workout with 2-3 minutes on the rowing machine
3. If you are lazy try to at least warm up your shoulders and back
