While the developers are working, they have 15-minute daily meetings called Daily Scrum. This is only for the developers and no one else can participate. Well, anyone can “attend” the meeting in silence mode.

Each developer answers three questions:

  1. What I did since yesterday

  2. What I’m going to do until tomorrow

  3. What problems I might have

We don’t discuss the problems! Remember, it should be done in 15 minutes. We can discuss the problems after the meeting, and if the problem is not technical and we cannot solve it, we can ask the Scrum Master for help.

In your opinion, who should measure the performance of the Sprints?
