Issue 6 of Reclaim your time
Goals are the keys to your success, and with goals you will accomplish more than you ever have in your entire life. Simply put, goals keep you focused.
Goals are nothing more than your desires, your hopes, your dreams, and your aspirations, placed within a time frame.
Goals will help you answer three vital questions:
- Who are you?
- Where are you going?
- How will you get there?
If I took a picture of your life, would you like what you see it, or would you want to make
some changes? Scrooge changed his life, and so can you!
Take a good look at where your life is. What do you want to change and when do you want to change it?
Who might support you?
The best way to assist change is to visualize where you are and where you want to be. Once you create the vision, it is much easier to map out the best path. Setting goals gives you long-term vision and short-term motivation. It focuses your acquisition of knowledge, and helps you organize your time and your resources so that you can make the very most of your life.
