What does a vegan eat anyway? Which ingredients can be used as substitutes for meat? The easiest way to find out is by simply trying! Do like Rooney Mara, Mike Tyson and Kristen Bell and hop on the veggie bandwagon.



This course is aimed at those who would like to cut down on meat, dairy and eggs, as well as vegans, vegetarians and food-lovers who want to broaden their horizons. We will focus on easily prepared, healthy dinners that you’ll have time to cook on weekdays.

Every morning, Monday through Friday, you will receive an e-mail with short introduction to tonight’s dinner, a shopping list and a recipe. The course will also include tips on how to make sure you get enough protein and other nutrients through a plant-based diet.


Jenny Sundén is co-founder, recipe creator and food photographer at Filibaba. Filibaba produces vegan and vegetarian cookbooks for iPhone and iPad. The apps have tens of thousands of users all around the world and are available in Swedish and English.
